- The August 11th Smackdown/ECW show in Reading, PA is currently scheduled to feature Edge vs. Jeff Hardy for the World Title, Matt Hardy vs. Mark Henry, Big Show vs. Umaga, and Trevor Murdoch vs. MVP.

- There is going to be a SmackDown Women's Championship match at Night of Champions. During the 6-women tag on SmackDown (which has already aired), Jim Ross and Mick Foley said on commentary that Natalya will be wrestling for the new Women's Championship at Night of Champions this Sunday. They said Vickie Guerrero will be choosing her opponent at the event. Michelle McCool is a likely candidate.
